National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the exam dates for the fourth phase of engineering entrance exam JEE Main 2021. According to the revised schedule, now the May session exam will be held on 26, 27, 31 August and 01, 02 September. According to the earlier schedule released by the agency, the entrance exam was to be conducted from July 27 to August 02.
Union Education Minister gave information
Giving information about this, the Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that in view of the continuous demand of the candidates and keeping in mind the better performance of the candidates, the National Testing Agency has to give four weeks between the third and fourth phases of JEE Main examination. Gap is recommended. After which now this exam will be held in August-September.
Last date of application also extended
Along with releasing the new schedule of the examination, the Union Minister also informed that the application process for the fourth phase examination is currently underway, which has now been extended to July 20. At the same time, a total of 7.32 lakh candidates have registered for this exam. Earlier, NTA had also revised the exam dates for the third session. According to the new schedule, this exam will now be held on 20, 22, 25 and 27 July 2021, for which admit cards have been issued.
