The Health Ministry on Tuesday expressed concern over the increasing crowd in the country’s hill stations and markets. Health Ministry’s Joint Secretary Luv Aggarwal said that people are not understanding the seriousness of Corona. Whenever we talk about third wave, they probably think that we are giving weather update. Perhaps that is why crowds are being seen in many places without corona protocol.
Third wave has arrived in the world: Paul
Meanwhile, NITI Aayog Member (Health) Dr. VK Paul said that the third wave is visible in many countries of the world. In such a situation, we have to decide that the third wave does not affect India. He said that at present, 3.90 lakh new cases are being reported worldwide every day, whereas during the second wave 9 lakh cases were being reported. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also clearly said that instead of discussing when the third wave will come, we should focus on monitoring it.

PM Modi also objected
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed concern on Tuesday and said that it is not right to gather huge crowds without masks and protocols in hill stations, markets. This is a matter of concern for us. Some people say that they want to enjoy before the third wave arrives.
He said, ‘People have to understand that the third wave will not come on its own. Today the question should be how to stop the third wave from coming? How to follow protocol? Corona does not come on its own, it comes if someone goes and brings it. If we take precautions, we will be able to stop the third wave as well.
