After CBSE and ICSE, now the UP Board 12th exam can also be canceled. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath can announce this soon. If this happens, for the first time, 26 lakh students of class 12th will pass without taking the exam. This will be the first time in the history of the board. Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma has also pointed this out. Earlier, the UP Board has canceled the 10th examination.

The board secretary had asked for the marks of the pre board
Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla had asked all the schools for the marks of class 12 pre-board and 11th half yearly and annual examination on May 22 itself, by May 28, the marks data of most of the school students were also fed on the online portal.

What did the Deputy CM say?
Deputy CM Dr. Dinesh Sharma reacted on Tuesday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the cancellation of CBSE exams. Said, ‘For them, the future and health of children has always been the first priority. In view of the circumstances of the Corona period, this decision taken in the interest of the children will bring relief not only to the children but also to their parents. This decision is also a step in that direction.

He further said that the government of Uttar Pradesh has already canceled the examination from class 6 to class 11. Such students will be promoted. Now soon a decision will be taken about the Board of Secondary Education’s class 12th examination after meeting with the Chief Minister.

UP board preparation is also complete

  • The board has asked for the record of class 12 preboard examination held in February.
  • The Board Secretary had directed the DIOS to upload the marks on the website by the evening of May 28.
