When Dainik Bhaskar showed the truth about the wastage of vaccines in Rajasthan, the responsible started questioning that truth. On May 31, Bhaskar broke the news that 500 vaccines of vaccine have been found in the waste of 35 vaccination centers in 8 districts of the state, which have more than 2500 doses.
On this, Medical Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma said on social media that the news of getting the vaccine in the dustbin in Dainik Bhaskar newspaper is completely beyond facts and misleading. After using the vials, they are deposited in the respective medical institute as per the rules.
If so, look at the picture carefully. Bhaskar picked up 500 vials from such garbage containers. In these, the batch number and the date of deployment are recorded. Instead of checking them and closing the holes in the system, the Health Minister is talking about taking action against the concerned journalist.
Empty vials were also lit in Tonk’s health center
During the investigation of the Bhaskar team, a burnt vaccine was also found in the drain near Lamba Harisingh Primary Health Center in Tonk district on 28 May. When the doctor present there was asked about the empty violin, he showed the burnt cell and said, “We burnt the empty violin.”
The doctor said – we do not have orders to keep the violin
When the Bhaskar reporter told him that if a person got a problem, then how would one know which batch was the vaccine. The doctor said that we did not get any such orders from the government that the vaccine has to be preserved after applying the vaccine.
Decision again late evening – Vaccination will also be audited
Principal Secretary and Health Akhil Arora said that news has been published in some places regarding the vaccination of the vaccine. Initial investigation found no such vestige. Despite this, the Collector has been instructed to conduct a special vaccine audit of the highlighted places.
