The Finance Minister had organized a class on the initial problems in the website
In fact, the new portal was launched by the Income Tax Department on Monday night, saying that it has been made better than before. This will make e-filing easier for the taxpayers. But within the first few hours, complaints of irregularities started coming in it. On this, the Finance Minister complained, tagging the IT company Infosys and its co-founder Nandan Nilkani, the company that made the website.
He said that the e-filing portal 2.0 of the department was awaited for a long time. It was launched on Monday night at 08.45. Many people are complaining about this. They are unable to open the site. Tagging Nandan Nilekani, he wrote that tax payers should not let the quality of service decrease. Our priority should be to make the process easier for taxpayers.
