Government will test different vaccines in both doses
The government plans to start a trial of a separate vaccine in both doses. In the next few weeks, this trial may include 8 vaccines, including Kovishield, Kovacsin and Sputinak. Dr. NK Arora, chairman of the Kovid-19 Working Group working under the National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI), said that we are looking for a combination of two such vaccines, which can give better results. The vaccines currently being used are not able to protect against the virus as expected.

GDP growth stood at -7.3% in the financial year 2020-21
GDP growth has been -7.3% in the financial year 2020-21. It was 4.2% in 2019-20. In terms of decline, this is the worst phase of the economy in the last 40 years. Earlier growth rate was recorded at -5.2% in 1979-80. The reason for this was drought. However, the growth rate of GDP has been 1.6% during January to March i.e. in the fourth quarter. In the financial year 2020-21, there was a decline in GDP in the first two quarters in 4 quarters, while it saw an increase in the last two quarters.
