4- Rajma and Beans- If you eat raw kidney beans or beans, then it can cause problems like vomiting and diarrhea. Therefore, Rajma or beans should never be eaten without cooking. 5- Eggplant and Potato- You should not eat raw brinjal and potatoes raw. This can harm your stomach. Eating raw brinjal causes vomiting, dizziness or stomach cramps. Solanine found in brinjal causes gas problems due to neurological and gastro-intestinal problems, while raw potatoes contain a toxin called solanine.
