Yoga guru Baba Ramdev and Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla. Different cases of both are going on in Delhi High Court.
A petition filed against yoga guru Baba Ramdev was being heard in the Delhi High Court on Thursday. Meanwhile, Justice Harishankar remembered the case of Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla. The judge said that I am glad that I did not hear Juhi’s case. The judge said this in a funny way. He said that now let’s see how this case is reported.
In fact, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday heard online on Juhi Chawla’s petition filed against 5G technology. During this, Juhi Chawla shared the video link of the hearing on social media. Many people had joined this video link. During this, many users also started playing songs of Juhi’s films.
Played the song ‘Lal-Lal Lips Per Gori Kiska Naam Hai’
During the debate, someone started singing a song – Dilbar ka in the guise of the ghunghat… on which the court asked him to mute. After some time, the second song was heard on the video link – Lal-Lal lipon par gori kiska naam hai… The extent was over when the third song – Meri Banno Ki Aayegi Baaraat started to resonate during the hearing. After this, expressing displeasure, the court ordered the court master to find these people and give contempt notices.
Delhi High Court summons Ramdev
The memory of this case came to Justice Harishankar during the hearing of Baba Ramdev’s case. In fact, hearing was held on Thursday in the Delhi High Court in the matter of Ramdev’s statement against allopathy and in support of Coronil. The petition was filed by the Delhi Medical Association (DMA) in this matter. The DMA had appealed to the court that Ramdev should be stopped from making false statements and promoting Patanjali’s Coronil tablet. On the application of DMA, the High Court has issued summons to Ramdev. The next hearing of the matter will be on July 13.
Indian Medical Association has also complained
The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has also filed a case against Ramdev. Recently, the IMA had given a complaint against the yoga guru at the IP Estate police station in Delhi. In this, there was a demand to register an FIR against Ramdev under other sections including Epidemic Act, Disaster Act and sedition.
