Now Bhagyashree has told 4 very simple and beneficial exercises for arthritis i.e. joint pain on her Instagram account. This fitness video of Bhagyashree is very much discussed these days. Bhagyashree has suggested to do this exercise thrice a day. He has said that these four exercises will provide relief in pain to those people who are suffering from osteoporosis or who have never exercised. Bhagyashree has written in her Instagram post that joint pain can give rise to anxiety and stress. So it is very important to remove it. Know how to do these exercises.

1- Exercise

First of all, keeping your palms straight, bend from the knuckles.
Now move your thumb to the side and bend the knuckles.
Now move the thumb back and forth. Join the thumb with the palm and remove it.
Now touch the lower part of your little finger with the thumb.
You can get rid of the pain in the joints of the hands with this.

2- Exercise

First of all, lie down straight on your back and now raise your hands upwards.
Now count till 5 and hold and slowly bring the hands down.
Doing this exercise will improve the movement of your shoulders.
You do this at least 10 times.

3- Exercise

To do this exercise, first lie down on your back.
Now slowly bring the legs at an angle of 90 degrees and take them backwards.
You do this at least 5 times. You can do this exercise thrice a day.

4- Exercise

Now for the fourth exercise, sit straight and take your legs upwards in a straight line.
Hold the legs for a count of 5 and then lower them down comfortably.
By doing this exercise 5 times, you will get a lot of relief in joint pain.

Arthritis patients have a lot of pain in the shoulders, knees, hips and hands. In such a situation, if you do these 4 exercises regularly, then you will get a lot of relief in pain.
