- Separate rules for districts with less than 5% and more infections
- Cities and villages are divided into red, yellow and green, three zones
The process of unlocking is starting from June 1 in Madhya Pradesh. The government has sent the unlocked state level guidelines to the Crisis Management Groups of all the districts. Accordingly, grocery stores will be opened in the state. School-colleges, cinema halls and shopping malls will remain closed for now. There will be a curfew every Saturday night from 10 am to 6 am Monday.
The government has issued separate guidelines for districts with a weekly infection rate of more than 5% and lower infection rates. The infection rate in Indore, Bhopal, Sagar and Morena is more than 5%. So during the unlock here, strictness will be more.
According to the guidelines issued by the Home Department, by the evening of May 30, all the Crisis Management Groups will discuss and issue an order in every district on May 31 after taking a decision regarding the unlock process. Earlier, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said, if the infection increases anywhere, the restrictions will be re-enforced.
The district administration will decide the location for the wholesale vegetable-fruit market
In the order of the Home Department, it has been said that in every district, wholesale vegetable and fruit markets will be able to run in the open space fixed by the district administration. But traditionally at the district level, the condition of following the Kovid protocol in the market will be applicable.
Do not let a single infected person roam
The Chief Minister said that care should be taken that not a single infected patient goes outside. More and more testing has to be done to identify every patient. Every Kovid patient has to be housed at Home Isolation, Kovid Care Center. Treatment is required in the hospital when needed. Wherever there is a transition, create a micro containment area. Contact tracing of every positive patient should be done.
Create Containment Zone
The Chief Minister said that according to the transition in rural and urban areas, red, green and yellow zones should be created and accordingly the restrictions should remain in force. Micro Containment Zones can also be built on two or four houses. Do not let the infection spread in any condition.
Villages divided into 3 zones
The villages where no one is infected have been kept in the Green Zone. Where there are less than 4 cases, those villages have been kept in the Yellow Zone. Different unlock rules have been made for this. Similarly, villages with 5 or more cases have been kept in the red zone. According to the different rules, activities can be done in the Red Zone and Micro Containment Zone of the cities.
