Corona cases are steadily decreasing in Delhi. That is why the government is still taking precaution to give relaxation in restrictions. In view of this, restrictions have been extended here till 5 am on June 7. However, from May 31, the process of unlocking has also started in Delhi. There are two types of exemptions under this.
According to an order issued by the Delhi government on Friday, a manufacturing and production unit would be allowed to run in four divis or premises in the industrial area as part of the unlocking process. Also, construction activity can be done inside work sites. Terms and conditions have also been kept for this.
According to the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), during the lockdown, movement of people will be stopped except for essential activities in Delhi. In addition, construction and manufacturing units have been allowed to operate in industrial areas outside the Containment Zone.
956 cases came on the previous day
In Delhi, less than a thousand cases of corona have been found in one day after 2 months. The infection was confirmed in 956 people here on Saturday. Earlier, on March 22, 888 cases were found. Since then, new cases have increased continuously. This number reached 27 thousand on 30 April. Since then, there has been a decrease in new cases.
Positivity rate also increased to 1.19%
In the last 24 hours, 122 people died due to infection here. The positivity rate has also come down to 1.19%. It reached 32% at the peak of the second wave. In the bulletin of the Health Department, it has been said that the death toll from Corona in Delhi has increased to 24,073. On Thursday, 1,072 new cases and 117 deaths were recorded here.
Recently, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had said that we will slowly open the lockdown in Delhi, first of all to take care of those who are the poorest section of the society, laborers, migrants. Therefore, we have decided that from Monday, the activities of construction and factories will be opened, both these sectors will be open for the next one week.
