Apart from him, Sharad Saxena, Mukul Chadha, Vijay Raj, Ila Arun, Brijendra Kala and Neeraj Kabi also have important roles in the film. The film is directed by Amit Masurkar. Shooting took place in strict bio bubble
The film Lioness is shot in Balaghat. For this, a schedule was made from October 20 to November 21. During its first national lockdown, the film was stalled for about 8 months. Apart from Balaghat, the film has also been shot in the forests of Delabadi, 60 km from Bhopal. The film ‘Lioness’ is the story of tigress Avni, who was shot in Yavatmal district of Maharashtra in November-2018. The film is the story of the same forest officers and employees who were part of the operation.
