Out of these, one lakh 56 thousand 463 people have died. The total number of active cases in the country has now come down to one lakh 47 thousand 306. At the same time, the total number of discharged cases is one crore seven lakh 12 thousand 665. So far, a total of 17 million 45 thousand 552 people have been vaccinated with the Corona virus.

Nearly 90 percent of cases coming from 6 states

India has been witnessing an increase in active cases since last few days. This is 1.36% of the total infected cases reported in India. Maharashtra according to Union Health Ministry, Kerala, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Cases of continuous infection have been coming up in the last few days in 6 states including Madhya Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. 90 percent of the total cases are from these states.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the recovery rate of corona in India is 97.22%, while the death rate is 1.42%.

Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, in view of the increase in cases in some states, directed the officials that the vigilance required to prevent the Kovid-19 epidemic should not be reduced. Sources said that public buses and metro trains will run in the national capital with limited capacity for at least two more weeks. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Monday decided to maintain the status of the number of passengers.
