new Delhi: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said on Sunday that some people did not reach for the corona virus vaccination at the last minute. At the same time, he said that the government cannot ask anyone to compulsorily get vaccinated.

Jain said that the number of vaccination centers in Delhi will be increased from 81 to 175 soon. He said that on the first day of Kovid-19 vaccination in Delhi on Saturday, a total of 4,319 health workers got vaccinated, which is 53.3 percent of the workers who have registered for the vaccination.

Jain said that the situation was similar in the whole country and only 50 percent of those who got registration on the first day got vaccinated.

On Saturday, the first day of the Kovid-19 vaccination campaign, health workers who were vaccinated with Corona virus in Delhi reported one ‘severe’ and 51 ‘minor’ cases of AEFI (adverse effects after vaccination).
