new Delhi: Preparations are in full swing in the entire country ahead of the world’s largest immunization program starting on January 16. Preparations are on final stage at the vaccination site in Lok Nayak Hospital, the largest Kovid Hospital in the country which provides services during the Corona era. During the vaccination drive, the registration process on the CO-Win app runs smoothly. For this, additional Wi-Fi is being installed at the vaccination site of LNJP Hospital.
After the first day’s drive, the goal of providing vaccines to 200-300 people daily
4,000 health care workers at LNJP Hospital have been registered for vaccination. A booth will be used at the beginning of the vaccination drive. On the first day i.e. 16 January, 100 registered health care workers will be given the vaccine. Apart from this, 2 booths have been set up separately in the hospital. After the first day’s drive, the target is to give 200-300 people daily. In the vaccination program, doctors, nurses, technicians, sanitation workers will be vaccinated.
Dr. Suresh Kumar, Medical Director of LNJP Hospital, says that the vaccination program will start on January 16. In the booth where the vaccine will be installed in Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) hospital, high tech preparation has been done. Staff training for the vaccination program has also been completed. Strong wifi has been provided at the place where the vaccine is placed.
Vaccine will be given to all health care workers
According to Dr. Suresh Kumar, a computer-generated message will be sent to the people who will be given the vaccine. This message will contain information about when and where the beneficiary has to reach to get the vaccine. The vaccine program will run for 2 to 3 weeks, during which the vaccine will be given to all health care workers.
Corona has two vaccines in Delhi, KoviShield of Serum Institute and Bharat Biotech’s Kovaxine. Dr. Suresh Kumar said that in the first phase, only one company will be vaccinated to health care workers, although it is not yet decided whether the vaccine will be coviciled or covicine.
