In Yamunanagar, Haryana, a Muslim youth converted to Hinduism for marriage to a girl from a Hindu community. She married a Hindu girl in the temple. Changed his name from Akram to Arvind. Akram was accused of abducting the girl. The police had also registered a case in this matter.
Both were presented in court giving protection by the police. Here both of them said that they want to live together. The court handed him over to the police citing security. The police sent him to the safe house.

Akram hails from Mandebari in Yamunanagar. He had an affair with a girl from the Hindu community. This young woman from the Chappar police station area had left the house on the night of 8 November. The family could not find it. After this, a case was filed in the police station accusing Akram of kidnapping the girl. Police started investigation. Meanwhile, the police received a message from the High Court that both of them have married and reached the court for protection.
It is said that Akram, after becoming Arvind, married the girl in a temple in Sector-19, Panchkula. He then moved a security petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. On this, the court had ordered SP Yamunanagar to give protection to both. Both reached the SP on Friday by taking orders from the High Court. At the moment, both were sent to the safe house. He was again produced in court on Saturday. The statement of the girl was recorded before the magistrate. The girl said that she wants to be with this boy. After this, both were again sent to the safe house.
