IAS officer Tina Dabi, who topped the UPSC in 2015, and her IAS husband Athar Khan have filed for divorce in the Family Court of Jaipur. Both of them have decided to get this divorce by mutual consent. They were married in 2018. Athar belongs to Kashmiri family.
When Tina became the topper of UPSC, Athar was in second position that same year. It is said that Tina and Athar came close to each other during training and decided to get married. Both are officers of Rajasthan cadre and have got posting in Jaipur.
Tina had removed Khan from his name
Tina had removed Khan surname from her name in her social media accounts some time back. After this, Athar also unfollowed Tina on Instagram. Since then, there was speculation about their marriage. Tina, born in Bhopal, is a family of Jaipur
Tina Dabi’s family is originally from Jaipur. However, he was born in Bhopal. Tina, studying at the convent of Jesus and Mary School, has been a topper since the beginning. Her entire family shifted to Delhi when she was in 7th grade. Tina’s father Jaswant Dabi and mother Himani have both been engineers. Both have passed UPSC and IES exam. After selection in UPSC, Tina and Athar trained in Mussoorie. This is where the two came closer. Even before marriage, Tina had updated her social media status and wrote- In Relationship with Aamir.
