After 48 days, petrol diesel prices rose for the second consecutive day today. Earlier on Friday, petrol became costlier by 17 paise per liter, while diesel prices were increased by 22 paise per liter.
1 September Petrol prices were increased
Before Friday, 1 September there was an increase in petrol prices. After this, the price of petrol decreased after 10 September. There was no change in its prices in October. At the same time, diesel was expensive on 25 July. Its price was cut several times in August and September. Prices held steady in October.
