According to the American Health Agency’s Center of Disease Control (CDC), the main reason for the lack of physical activity in people. Usually people are unable to start exercise even if they want to. Such people need self-motivation. Due to lack of awareness, people are not doing physical activity. People do not even know what activity they should do.
