Instagram has announced the addition of new branded content tags for both reels and live on Saturday. This will benefit the creators in revenue.
With the new tag, creators can deal more with the brand and will be able to generate revenue instantly through their reels content.
The company said in its statement that we want to ensure that creators can clearly disclose when creating branded content. It does not matter what format they are using.
Insta Stories will see branded content ads where tapables like @mansion, location and hashtags will be included. Till now, branded content ads are created only by promoting existing posts from creators.
Instagram is now rolling out a new workflow where advertisers can create branded content ads without the need for an advertiser to post them systematically on Instagram first. When you want to run branded content advertising, it is easier with less barriers to the brand.
